Our products are delivered to any place in the world specified by you. 

We try to make the delivery system work as efficiently as much in order to minimize the wait and maximize speed, considering your convenience. Kindly ask you to carefully fill in the shipping address when submitting your order, otherwise Deltami Atelier shall not be responsible for any errors in shipping costs calculations or non-delivery of the product.

We offer you Standard delivery at a variety of shipping rates depending also on the region/country of delivery. All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 

All delivery times are only estimated and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Keep in mind that in some parts of the world not all delivery services are available. 

Scarves

GREECE: Flat rate shipping €6.00. Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. (without any custom delays). 
EUROPE: Standard mail: €11.00. It will take 1- 2 working days to be delivered. (without any custom delays.)

Frames

Each painting is made carefully by hand so that the silk fabric becomes a work of art. So every order needs 4-6 working days to prepared. If you need something more specialized for your space, do not hesitate to contact us at hello@deltamiatelier.com

Order’s delivery

Delta Mi Atelier is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to cases that cannot be attributed to our fault or due to force majeure and therefore we are entitled to an extension of the time for execution. 

Indicative examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier/transportation/ production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. 

If such incidents last for more than two (2) weeks, the contract of sale may be terminated by any party without compensation.
